Q. Is the Internet available?

A. WiFi and wired LAN are available in each room. WiFi is available in the lobby.

Services & Hotel facilities

Q. Is the front desk available 24 hours a day?

A. Yes, we are available 24 hours a day. The front desk may be unmanned at night.

Q. Is there a curfew?

A. There is no curfew, but the main entrance is locked between midnight and 5am. If you've already checked in, hold your room key over the sensor at the entrance to unlock the front door. If you arrive after midnight, please call on the intercom at the entrance.

Q. What are the hours of operation and prices for breakfast?

A. The hours of operation are from 6:30 to 9:30. The fee is 1000 yen per person.

Q. Can I have breakfast while wearing a yukata?

A. Yes, you can have your breakfast while wearing a yukata.

Q. Is there a parking lot? How much is the fee?

A. ¥800 per car per night. Only regular and light vehicles are available. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but if full, we will direct you to the partner parking lot.

Hot spring

Q. What are the hours of operation of the large baths?

A. From 3:00 pm to 1:00 am and 5:00 am to 9:30 am.

Q. Can I go to the hot spring baths in a yukata?

A. The large hot spring baths are available in yukata.

Luggage

Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?

A. Please ask the front desk staff for assistance.

Access

Q. How to get to the hotel from Beppu Station?

A. Exit the east exit of Beppu Station and follow the road straight ahead to an intersection with the main street (National Route 10). Cross the intersection and turn left, and our hotel is the brown building on your left. It takes about 10 minutes to get there.

Q. Where should I get off if I'm going by express bus from Fukuoka?

A. Please get off at Beppu Kitahama 3. You will arrive at the front entrance of the hotel.

Q. How do I get from the hotel to Oita Airport?

A. If you take the airport limousine bus (airliner), it takes about 40 to 50 minutes to get to Beppu Kitahama No. 4, and then a minute's walk to our hotel.

Q. What are the destinations of the express and long-distance buses leaving from the hotel area?

A.

A. The bus will depart from the Beppu Kitahama No. 2 bus stop (in front of Starbucks Coffee).
